Kalidas Aneesh (professionally operating as KALIUM) is an independent music producer, sound designer, and remixer based in Bengaluru, India.

KALIUM asserts no claim of proprietary ownership over the underlying musical compositions, lyrics, melodies, or original master sound recordings embodied in these unofficial remixes. All underlying intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the respective original recording artists, record labels, music publishers, and copyright societies.

Any optional "Pay What You Want" tips, gratuities, or member contributions made on this website represent voluntary financial support towards KALIUM's independent creative time, studio engineering, and server bandwidth hosting costs. They do not constitute a commercial sale or purchase of third-party musical compositions.

2. Notice & Takedown Procedure (DMCA & Indian Law)

KALIUM strictly adheres to the safe harbor provisions of Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c) (the Digital Millennium Copyright Act) as well as the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000.

If you are a copyright owner, music publisher, record label, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any audio file, remix, stem, artwork, or video published on this website infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Requirements for a Legally Valid Takedown Notice

To ensure prompt processing under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include substantially the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or if multiple works, a representative list).
3. Clear identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the exact URL or track title on kalium.space).
4. Sufficient information to allow KALIUM to contact you (including your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Expedited Removal & Counter-Notification

Upon receipt of a substantially compliant copyright notice, KALIUM will immediately remove or disable public access to the identified material without admitting liability.

Counter-Notification

If a user or contributor believes that material removed as a result of a copyright notification was removed due to mistake or misidentification (e.g., licensed stock foley, public domain composition, or verified fair use), a written counter-notification may be submitted to our designated agent pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

The counter-notification must contain: (a) physical or electronic signature, (b) identification of removed material and prior location, (c) a statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief of mistake, and (d) consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, India.

4. Proprietary Original Works & Trademarks

All original musical releases (including Silence, Memory, Aera, Alone, Don't Hold Back, Cause of You), original synthesizer preset banks, audio sample libraries, motion graphics, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Kalidas Aneesh and protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

The KALIUM name, stylized kanji mark (カリウム), logos, and graphic identity are proprietary brand identifiers. Unauthorized commercial exploitation or deceptive trademark passing-off is strictly prohibited.
