Digital products offered by KALIUM on kalium.space (including 24-bit lossless audio masters, FL Studio project files, synthesizer preset packs, drum kits, Notion workspaces, and 4K digital wallpapers) are non-tangible, digital goods.
- Delivery Method & Timeline: Digital assets are delivered instantaneously via direct cloud download links generated on screen upon successful payment completion, alongside an automated email confirmation sent to the purchaser's verified address.
- No Shipping Charges: All digital assets incur zero shipping, handling, or customs fees.
- Sound Vault Persistence: Claimed assets are linked to your registered member email and remain accessible for on-demand re-download via your Customer Profile.
2. Refund Policy for Digital Assets & Tips
Final Sale Notice: Due to the immediate delivery, digital nature, and irrecoverable consumption of downloadable software, audio stems, and presets, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once download links have been issued or files have been retrieved.
Defective File Guarantee: In the rare event that a downloaded ZIP or WAV file is proven to be corrupted, incomplete, or technically inaccessible:
- Contact officialkalium@gmail.com within seven (7) days of purchase with your Razorpay payment ID and a brief description of the technical error.
- Our team will expeditiously provide a fresh replacement download archive or alternative mirror link within 24 to 48 hours.
- If we are unable to resolve the file corruption and provide a working copy within seven (7) business days, a 100% full refund will be processed directly to your original payment method.
Voluntary Contributions & Tips: Voluntary payments made via "Pay What You Want" modules represent non-refundable gratuities towards KALIUM's independent creative production and hosting infrastructure.
3. Upcoming Physical Merchandise Drops & Shipping
For limited-edition physical merchandise releases (such as KALIUM Heavyweight Hoodies, Vinyl records, and Studio Caps):
- Shipping Timeframes:
- Domestic Orders (India): 3 to 7 business days post dispatch via premium courier partners (Delhivery / Blue Dart).
- International Orders: 10 to 20 business days depending on destination customs clearance.
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel a physical merchandise order at any time prior to dispatch and tracking generation by contacting support for a full 100% refund. Once an item has shipped, orders cannot be cancelled mid-transit.
- Returns & Replacements (Damaged or Defective Items): If physical merchandise arrives damaged in transit or possesses manufacturing defects, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery with clear photographic/video proof of unboxing. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund upon inspection.
4. Refund Processing Windows (Razorpay)
Once an eligible refund is approved by KALIUM:
- Refunds are initiated immediately via the Razorpay payment gateway API.
- For UPI and Net Banking payments within India, funds typically reflect in your originating bank account within 2 to 4 business days.
- For Debit/Credit Cards, funds typically reflect within 5 to 7 business days subject to your issuing bank's clearing cycle.
5. Nodal Grievance Redressal (E-Commerce Rules 2020)
In compliance with Rule 5(3)(b) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:
